A meeting of the Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs with the classroom staff of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences - Mizda.

The Director of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Office at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Mizda, visited the classrooms earlier today, Thursday, 11/7/2024. The director opened the meeting by welcoming the attendees, thanking them for accepting the invitation, and presenting the agenda items, which included:


1. Reviewing the minutes of the previous meeting and following up on unresolved matters, particularly regarding attendance and departure.  

2. Activating the tasks of the Coordinator of the Administrative Affairs and Services Department in the classrooms.  

3. Examining the administrative and financial conditions of the classrooms affiliated with the faculty.  

4. Activating the units of the university guards in the faculty.  

5. Addressing the needs for equipment, stationery, office supplies, and guards' requirements.  

6. Encouraging everyone to persevere, exert effort, show solidarity, and remain patient to elevate the faculty to a better level. Tasks and assignments were distributed among the faculty administrators during the meeting.  


Finally, gratitude and appreciation were extended to the attendees, wishing them all the best and success.
