Meeting of the Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs with the department and office heads at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences - Mizda.

As part of monitoring workflow, addressing the challenges faced by administrative offices at the faculty, and easing obstacles to elevate administrative work to the desired standard while ensuring tasks assigned to each department are executed effectively:


A meeting was held on the morning of Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at 11:00 AM. It included the Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the faculty along with the directors of the various administrative departments.  


Several points were discussed, including the obstacles faced by the departments and finding solutions to facilitate and improve administrative operations.


The departments represented at the meeting included:

- Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the faculty.  

- Head of the Archives Department.  

- Head of the Activities Department.  

- Faculty Registrar.  

- Faculty Treasurer.  

- Warehouse Manager.  

- Head of the Biology Department.  

- Head of the Chemistry Department.  

- Head of the Documentation and Information Office.
